Today Vince and I are celebrating Thanksgiving at sea. We are somewhere between Italy and Greece, soakin’ up the Mediterranean sun.

Well, I’m thinking about celebrating Thanksgiving. Vince doesn’t have a clue what the holiday is (yet), so he’s just providing moral support.

This is the first Thanksgiving that I have ever spent away from my family back home in Utah.

Hmph.

As much as I’d love to be with my extended family, tucking into my mom’s famous stuffing, a pile of mashed potatoes, and bowls full of gravy, I think I’ll have to manage where I’m at…
…on a deck chair, sipping a cocktail, reading on my Kindle.

By sport and feasting Americans will prove they are a thankful people this week (LOC)

Life’s tough sometimes!

Sending a BIG huge hug to all my family and friends back home in the states! I’m so thankful to have you in my life.

And thank you to all my lovely readers as well. Hope you have a wonderful day, whether you stuff your face full of turkey or not!

  2. If it really is too much for you to Thanksgiving on a Meditterean cruise, I’ll swap mine with you! Just joking though. My Thanksgiving was nice, although it was my first without my fam too. I spent it with new friends in Berkeley!

  3. You really are experiencing a different Thanksgiving Day, aren’t you? May your day be happy and your trip safe!

  4. Don’t worry. I’ll eat your share of mashed potatoes. 🙂 Have fun!
