Finagle a Foto #6: Abstract

Linking up again over on The ArtsyGirl Connection, for Finagle a Foto #6.

The theme this week is abstract.

I chose this photo– which I took at the Red Fort in Agra, India–because it stood out to me as “abstract.” I’m not entirely sure if it truly is, but I tried!

If you like the photo, you can vote for it/me here (#9). I sure appreciate it!

One of my photos from the  trip we went on last week was the WINNER of Finagle a Foto over on The ArtsyGirl Connection!

The theme was “Green” and I knew I wanted to use a photo of graffiti that I snapped next to the Black Sea outside of Burgas.

I really love entering photo contests and I love winning even more.

Thanks to everyone who voted for me!

I was in a dead heat with Martin from PhotoLifeSite, with his cool lawn sculpture pic. He takes some awesome photos, and is a fellow Bulgarian (not that I consider myself a local…yet!) so you should head over there and check him out.

Help a Girl Out!

Via (the best camera website around)

Hey all!

I’d normally never come on here and ask for a favor, but this time I am!

Pictureline, a camera company in Utah (and other states as well, I believe), is giving away a Nikon D800. The camera is Nikon’s newest release and IT. IS. AMAZING!

I am a total Nikon fiend, so this is my dream camera.

If you would be so kind to click on the link below, and “Like” Pictureline, as well as sign up for the contest (if you are a U.S. resident), I get an extra entry into the giveaway! Plus, you are entered to win yourself! If I can’t win it, I would love for one of my readers to!

Completely quick and easy. Oh, and you would totally be helping moi out!

Thanks a million!

Black and White Photo Contest

This week I entered my Wordless Wednesday photos into a black and white photo contest over at Like Christmas Everyday.

Well, I won! One of my photos is featured on the blog and “Mrs. Claus” also emailed me this snazzy banner:

A big thanks to Like Christmas Everyday! It always feels good when people enjoy my photos.
